Borussia Dortmund Reports Record Revenue for 2024/2025

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced its preliminary financial figures for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The football club achieved record consolidated revenue of EUR 526.0 million, marking a 3.3% increase from the previous year. This growth is attributed primarily to income from TV marketing, advertising, and match operations.

Despite the record revenue, the club's consolidated net income fell to EUR 6.5 million, down from EUR 44.3 million in the previous year. The consolidated total operating proceeds decreased to EUR 589.6 million, impacted by lower gross transfer proceeds.

Personnel expenses slightly decreased to EUR 268.3 million, while other operating expenses declined by EUR 4.4 million. The management plans to propose a dividend of EUR 0.06 per share at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
