Boron One Reports 2024 AGM Results
Boron One Holdings Inc. (TSXV:BONE) announced the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting held on August 16, 2024. The meeting saw a quorum of shareholders, either present in person or by proxy. All resolutions in the Information Circular were approved without any additional business brought forward.
The re-elected Director nominees for the coming year include James Wallis (98.38% in favour), Tim Daniels (96.97% in favour), Vladan Milosevic (99.94% in favour), and Dusan Podunavac (99.94% in favour).
Additional resolutions approved were setting the number of Directors at 4 (98.55% in favour), re-appointing Smythe, Chartered Accountants as Auditor (98.53% in favour), and re-approving the Company's Stock Option Plan (98.24% in favour).
