BOOSTHEAT raises €150K in funds
On March 3, 2025, BOOSTHEAT announced the raising of €150K through a tranche of 30 OCEANE, subscribed by Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities. This financing will allow the company to develop a new strategic roadmap under the leadership of its new CEO, as mentioned in the press release of January 20, 2025.
The issue could result in the creation of 18,950,852 additional shares. The stake of a shareholder holding 1% of the capital before the transaction would increase to 0.89%. Details on the characteristics of the OCEANE are available in the press release of December 2, 2024.
Previously, BOOSTHEAT raised €8,210,000 through other ORA and OCEANE issues. The risks associated with these operations are described in their 2023 Annual Financial Report.
