Bonyf NV, a Belgian company renowned for its advanced oral care solutions, has announced a strategic alliance with Honest Pharma to introduce its innovative products to the US market. Bonyf specializes in denture, orthodontic, and wound care products, all manufactured in Switzerland to meet top international standards.
The partnership with Honest Pharma leverages the company's extensive US distribution network. Two groundbreaking products will be introduced: an olive oil-based denture fixative cream and the NitrAdine® disinfecting denture tablet, both boasting robust clinical efficacy.
As part of the alliance, Honest Pharma may subscribe to new bonyf shares at €16.20 each upon achieving specific revenue milestones. This agreement aims to enhance bonyf’s global expansion and increase its market presence in the United States, aligning with its growth objectives in dental innovation.
