Bolloré: Successful General Meeting with All Resolutions Adopted

The Combined General Meeting of Bolloré SE took place on 22 May 2024, led by Cyrille Bolloré. All resolutions were approved with vote margins ranging from 91.72% to 99.99%, representing 94.55% of total votes.

The Ordinary General Meeting specifically sanctioned a dividend payment of €0.07 per share, marking a 17% increase. This includes an additional dividend of €0.05 per share, following an interim dividend of €0.02 per share paid in September 2023. This additional cash dividend will be disbursed on 27 June 2024.

Shareholders also backed the renewal of Sophie Johanna Kloosterman and Alexandre Picciotto's terms as directors. The presentation from the General Meeting will be available on Bolloré’s official website.
