Bolloré: Availability of Share Buyback Program Description

Bolloré has announced the availability of its share buyback program description. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on May 22, 2024, authorized the Board of Directors to implement the program. This was done under the ninth resolution in compliance with Article L. 22-10-62 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.

As per Article 241-3 of the AMF General Regulation, the details are included in the 2023 Universal Registration Document. This document was filed with the AMF on April 23, 2024, under the number D.24-0316.
