Declaration of BOIRON voting rights as of May 31, 2025
On June 10, 2025, BOIRON published data relating to the shares forming its capital and the total voting rights, in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the AMF regulations. As of May 31, 2025, the total number of shares constituting the capital amounts to 17,545,408.
Regarding voting rights, BOIRON declares a gross total of 17,664,424. After deduction of treasury shares, the net total of available voting rights is 17,481,291. These figures illustrate the current structure of the company's capital and voting rights.
