BOA CONCEPT announces its own share transactions

The company BOA CONCEPT carried out purchase transactions of its own shares, in accordance with article 5 of the regulation on market abuse. The transactions took place on the ALXP market, notably on March 6, 7 and 8, 2024.

On March 6, 2024, the company acquired 152 shares at an average price of 24.7 euros. On March 7, it purchased 133 shares at an average price of 24.3 euros and on March 8, 72 shares at the same average price of 24.3 euros. These acquisitions represent an approach to regulation and management of own actions by BOA CONCEPT.

All of these operations were carried out within the legal and regulatory framework, ensuring transparency in the company's financial transactions. BOA CONCEPT chose the ALXP market to make these purchases, in accordance with its financial strategies.
