BOA Concept acquires majority stake in EASY Systems Benelux

BOA Concept, a French specialist in robotic and software solutions for intralogistics, has announced the acquisition of 70% of EASY Systems Benelux, a Belgian expert in handling systems. This transaction, expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2024, will be fully paid in cash.

Based in Saint-Étienne and employing 90 people, BOA Concept is known for its innovative solutions making warehouse automation and robotization more accessible. EASY Systems, on the other hand, has 45 employees and generated a revenue of 13 million euros in 2022, operating in around thirty countries worldwide.

The management of both companies highlight the synergies and shared values of their businesses, anticipating great future successes through this alliance. BOA Concept is thus continuing its international expansion, particularly in the dynamic Benelux market.
