Blackwolf Announces Closing of Niblack Camp Purchase

Vancouver-based Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. (TSXV:BWCG)(OTCQB:BWCGF) has finalized the acquisition of camp assets at its Niblack project from Matrix Camps and Logistics, Inc. This follows an earlier announcement on May 2, 2024. The purchase was executed through Blackwolf’s subsidiary, Niblack Project LLC.

Under the purchase agreement dated April 30, 2024, previous claims under a 2021 camp support and rental agreement were resolved. Niblack acquired the camp assets in exchange for a US$100,000 deposit and 9,300,000 Blackwolf common shares issued to Matrix Aviation Solutions Inc. Additionally, Matrix received a three-year exclusivity for camp services at market rates.

The issued shares are subject to a statutory hold period until September 23, 2024, with 50% further restricted from resale until May 22, 2025.
