BlackRock reduces its stake in RUBIS
BlackRock, Inc., a US-based asset manager, reported that it has crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of RUBIS' capital and voting rights. This crossing concerns December 19, 2024 and was reported to the AMF on December 20, 2024. BlackRock now holds 5,119,241 RUBIS shares, or 4.96% of the capital and voting rights.
This change is the result of selling shares on the market and reducing the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock continues to exercise discretion over voting rights, except when clients choose to retain this control. RUBIS' capital is composed of 103,158,122 shares.
