BlackRock Inc. Reduces its Stake in Worldline
On February 13, 2025, BlackRock Inc. informed Worldline and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) that it had reduced its stake in Worldline's capital. The asset manager, on behalf of its clients, fell below the 5% threshold, with 14,157,434 shares, representing 4.99% of the capital and 4.32% of the voting rights.
The threshold crossing is due to sales of shares in the market and a decrease in shares held as collateral. The statement specifies that BlackRock controls the voting rights unless its clients indicate otherwise. In total, 95,137 additional shares are held, but without voting rights counted towards this threshold.
