BlackRock exceeds 5% of Veolia Environnement capital
On September 4, 2024, Veolia Environnement received a declaration from BlackRock, Inc. The American company crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia Environnement on September 3, 2024.
BlackRock now holds 36,463,738 shares of Veolia, representing 5.02% of the capital and voting rights. This acquisition results from a purchase on the market and the increase of shares held as collateral.
It should be noted that the management of voting rights is done at BlackRock's discretion, unless otherwise requested by their clients. Veolia's capital is made up of 726,148,514 shares.
