BlackRock exceeds 5% of VEOLIA capital

By letter received on August 27, 2024, VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT was informed by BlackRock, Inc. of the increase in its stake in the company's capital. BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and managed funds, crossed upwards the thresholds of 5% of the company's capital and voting rights on August 26, 2024.

BlackRock now holds 36,355,958 VEOLIA shares, equivalent to 5.01% of the company's capital and voting rights. This crossing is mainly due to an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
