BlackRock crosses the thresholds for participation in ALSTOM
On May 29, 2024, ALSTOM announced that BlackRock, Inc. had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of the company's capital and voting rights. This declaration was made within the framework of article L. 233-7 of the commercial code.
The New York-based investment manager informed that as of May 28, 2024, it held 18,581,109 ALSTOM shares. This represents 4.84% of the company's capital and voting rights, compared to a previous threshold of 5%.
This decrease results from the sale of ALSTOM shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock, Inc. acts on behalf of its clients and funds it manages.
