BlackBerry Reports Strong Q3 Fiscal 2026 Results

BlackBerry Limited announced impressive financial results for its third fiscal quarter ending November 30, 2025. The company reported total revenue at $141.8 million, surpassing prior guidance. This achievement marks the highest GAAP profitability for the company in nearly four years.

The QNX division reached record revenue with a 10% increase year-over-year. Secure Communications also exceeded expectations, with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rising. These successes contributed to a positive operating cash flow of $17.9 million.

CEO John J. Giamatteo noted the ongoing strong performance in both the QNX and Secure Communications divisions and emphasized the company’s advances in automotive sectors and secure communications.

Investor confidence was further bolstered by the strategic appointment of John Wall as QNX division President and partnerships enhancing software capabilities globally.
