Bird River Resources Announces Final Private Placement and Debt Settlement
Bird River Resources Inc. has announced the completion of its non-brokered private placement, raising up to $139,253 through common shares priced at $0.08 each. The funds will support general corporate and working capital needs. These shares will be under a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
Additionally, the company reached a debt settlement with a creditor regarding USD$250,000 (CAD$350,108) in lease payments tied to a right of use agreement by its subsidiary, Cotton Mining & Processing. Settlement includes issuing 3,890,088 common shares at CAD$0.09 per share. This transaction awaits regulatory approvals, including from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
