BIOTRONIK Launches Advanced CRT-D Systems with Conduction System Pacing

BIOTRONIK has unveiled the Acticor Sky and Rivacor Sky device family, featuring the world's first CE-approved high-voltage implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) and cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillators (CRT-Ds) capable of left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP). These innovations are now accessible across European markets.

The devices deliver physiological pacing options and improved arrhythmia management, enhancing patients' quality of life. The streamlined programming and two-lead-only approach aim to reduce procedural complexity and potential risks.

Prominent features include smart atrial fibrillation detection, anti-tachycardia pacing, and automated MRI access. Together, these advancements support precise therapy and efficient workflows.
