Transactions in BIO-UV Group's own shares between June 4 and 10, 2025

BIO-UV Group has reported its share transactions carried out under its share buyback program for the week of June 4-10, 2025. These transactions took place on the ALXP market.

Each business day during this period, the group acquired between 2,855 and 3,000 shares. The weighted average acquisition price ranged from €2.0757 to €2.0983 per share. However, on June 10, the volume of shares purchased was slightly lower than in previous days, with 2,855 shares.
