Half-yearly report of the BIO-UV Group liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024
The company BIO-UV Group, specialized in water treatment and disinfection systems, has entrusted its liquidity contract to the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account presented 57,889 shares and a cash balance of 91,877.42 euros.
During the second half of 2024, BIO-UV Group traded a total of 177,834 shares for an amount of EUR 343,827.15 involving 1,650 purchase transactions and 189,222 shares for EUR 366,202.97 involving 1,546 sale transactions.
As a reminder, as of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account contained 69,277 shares and 69,502.68 euros in cash. When the contract was initialized, the balance was 150,000 euros without shares.
