Change to the BIC Board of Directors

On September 12, 2025, BIC announced changes to its Board of Directors. Three new directors were co-opted, to be ratified at the next General Meeting in May 2026. Rob Versloot, who will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer as of September 15, 2025, succeeds Gonzalve Bich as a director. Albert Baladi, a consumer goods expert, joins the Board, replacing Jake Schwartz. Geoffroy Bich, with a long career at BIC, replaces Timothée Bich.

Albert Baladi brings extensive experience in consumer goods, notably acquired at Procter & Gamble and Suntory. Geoffroy Bich, who has been with BIC for more than three decades, will continue to contribute his strategic and industrial expertise. These appointments are welcomed by Édouard Bich, Chairman of the Board, who emphasizes the importance of these skills for BIC's future.
