BIC Announces Resolutions from Annual General Meeting

SOCIÉTÉ BIC held its Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2024, at the Cloud Business Center in Paris. The meeting, chaired by Nikos Koumettis, was also attended by CEO Gonzalve Bich and streamed live. A replay is available on BIC's website.

All proposed resolutions were adopted, including the approval of the 2023 statutory and consolidated accounts. Shareholders approved an ordinary dividend of 2.85 euros per share and an extraordinary dividend of 1.42 euros per share.

The mandates of Société M.B.D and Marie-Aimée Bich-Dufour were renewed as Directors for three years. Grant Thornton was appointed as the Statutory Auditor for sustainability-related information for the same term.

Other approved resolutions included the 2023 remuneration of Corporate Officers, the 2024 remuneration policy, and authorizations for the Board of Directors to trade in Company shares and grant free shares to employees and Corporate Officers.
