BeWhere Holdings Announces Share Repurchase Plan

BeWhere Holdings Inc. has announced plans to initiate a Normal Course Issuer Bid. The repurchase program is set to commence on June 9, 2025, and intended to run until June 8, 2026, or until all targeted shares are acquired. The decision follows the Board's opinion that the market price of BeWhere's shares underestimates their true value.

BeWhere aims to buy back 5% of its common shares. As of May 30, 2025, this translates to a potential repurchase of up to 4,431,950 shares, subject to existing repurchases decreasing the outstanding shares to 84,363,447.

The repurchase will proceed through transactions on the TSX Venture Exchange, with Beacon Securities Limited conducting the bid. All acquired shares will be canceled. The initiative awaits regulatory approval.
