BENETEAU Announces Key Leadership Changes and Financial Report Schedule
On April 23, 2024, BENETEAU S.A.'s Board of Directors adopted resolutions for the upcoming General Meeting on June 4. Notably, the company renewed the CEO and Deputy CEO positions for Mr Bruno Thivoyon and Mr Gianguido Girotti, respectively. However, the Chairman of the Board, Mr Yves Lyon-Caen, announced he would not seek reappointment, ending nearly two decades of leadership.
The Board plans to propose Mr Eric Léonard as a new Director to fill Mr Lyon-Caen's vacancy. Mr Léonard, known for his roles at PSA Group, Boston Consulting Group, and Essilor-Luxottica, brings significant operational and strategic expertise. Additionally, the annual financial report is scheduled for publication by April 30, 2024.
