BE Resources Ends Private Placement Plan

BE Resources Inc. has announced the termination of its planned non-brokered private placement. Initially, the company intended to issue up to 2,600,000 common shares at $0.05 each to raise $130,000. The decision to halt this plan stems from NEX regulations that limit the number of shares the company can issue within a twelve-month period. Despite this setback, BE Resources has indicated that it may consider a future private placement.

Additionally, the company reported a significant share transaction involving its CEO. As of December 31, 2025, Marrelli Capital Ltd. sold 7,609,176 common shares to Robert Suttie, BE Resources' CEO, for $30,000. This transaction grants Mr. Suttie ownership of around 67% of the company's outstanding shares.
