TRACTIAL strengthens its Bitcoin growth strategy
The TRACTIAL Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced an update to its consolidated Bitcoin position, with a total of 26.22 BTC held in treasury. The average aggregate acquisition price is €91,044, or approximately USD 105,748 per BTC. This acquisition is part of a cash allocation strategy implemented since 2022.
TRACTIAL is developing an operating model that combines profitability and innovation. Focused on payment services and Fintech-as-a-Service, the group uses the revenue generated to accumulate Bitcoin, thereby strengthening its balance sheet. In addition, targeted fundraising efforts are aimed at supporting this accumulation policy.
TRACTIAL's model fosters a virtuous cycle of Bitcoin accumulation while attracting new partners and investors. This innovative and sustainable approach leverages fintech revenues to build a long-term growth strategy focused on Bitcoin.
