Battery X Metals Updates Corporate Awareness Engagement
Battery X Metals Inc., a company focused on energy transition resources and technology, has announced an amendment to its corporate awareness engagement with bullVestor Medien GmbH. This amendment formalizes the initial agreement and extends the engagement term until August 10, 2026, unless terminated earlier.
The agreement with bullVestor, which provides digital marketing and investor awareness services, remains unchanged with total compensation set at €150,000. The principal of bullVestor is Helmut Pollinger. Importantly, neither bullVestor nor its principals own any common shares in Battery X Metals.
The company remains committed to its strategic goals, focusing on areas such as lithium-ion battery lifespan extension and recycling, with a technology validated by the National Research Council of Canada.
