Battery X Metals Adjusts Exploration Portfolio for Strategic Focus

Battery X Metals Inc. has announced a strategic shift in its exploration asset portfolio. The company has voluntarily relinquished four single-cell mining claims linked to its Belanger Project in Ontario's Red Lake Mining Division. This decision reduces the project's area from 2,214.9 ha to 2,133.6 ha, now encompassing 105 unpatented claims.

The company has been granted an extension by the Ontario Ministry of Energy and Mines to complete exploration work by April 18, 2026. Battery X Metals plans to focus on battery metals initiatives within a broader strategy to enhance its presence in the battery metals value chain. Management is reviewing strategic and budgetary priorities for the project, aligning with a disciplined, value-oriented capital deployment approach.
