Battery X Metals Achieves Significant Range Boost for Electric Truck

Battery X Metals has reported a major advancement in electric vehicle technology. The company successfully increased an electric truck's driving range from approximately 40 kilometers to an estimated 295 kilometers. This breakthrough was achieved through the use of Battery X Rebalancing Technologies' Prototype 2.0 platform, which addresses cell imbalance in lithium-ion batteries.

The trials revealed a 637.5% improvement in the vehicle's range after rebalancing. The process restored 100% of the lost capacity and enhanced the rated capacity by 37.7%. The trials were conducted under no-load conditions, highlighting the technology's potential for commercial fleet applications where battery cost and lifecycle are crucial factors.
