Sale of subsidiaries Cicadum and Medsoft by the Bastide Group
The Bastide Group, a home healthcare specialist, has announced the sale of its subsidiaries Cicadum and Medsoft. Cicadum, 51% owned, and Medsoft, wholly owned, focus on stoma therapy. Both companies were sold to their founders after generating a combined revenue of €11 million for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
This transaction, carried out in cash, is intended to improve the group's margin and reduce its net financial debt. The Bastide Group is also continuing to explore the sale of other assets that no longer align with its overall strategy.
