Bastide Joint General Meeting: Availability of Preparatory Documents

Bastide Le Confort Médical has announced the procedures for making available the preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting, which will be held on December 19, 2025, in Caissargues. The agenda and draft resolutions have been published in the Official Gazette (BALO), specifically issues no. 137 and no. 142 of November 2025.

The documents referred to in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are available online on the Bastide website. Shareholders can access the documents required by Article R. 225-83 by contacting the company. These documents can be sent upon request or consulted on-site fifteen days before the meeting. Bearer shareholders must provide proof of ownership to receive these documents.
