Basler AG Shareholders Approve Key AGM Resolutions
On May 23, 2025, at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, Basler AG's Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place. The shareholders affirmed several resolutions by a significant majority. Key decisions included the allocation of retained earnings for 2024, endorsement of the Executive Board's actions, and discharge of Supervisory Board members for the same year.
The re-election of Lennart Schulenburg to the Supervisory Board was confirmed. Norbert Basler retains his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, with Horst W. Garbrecht as deputy. An amendment to Article 12 of the Articles of Association regarding remuneration was also approved, alongside the update of Supervisory Board members' remuneration systems.
The AGM also elected auditors for the 2025 fiscal year and approved the remuneration report and system for the Executive Board for 2024. Details are available on the Basler AG website.
