Banyan Gold Corp. Completes 100% Acquisition of AurMac Project
Banyan Gold Corp. has finalized its 100% ownership of the AurMac Project in Yukon, Canada. Originally announcing the agreement in July 2025 with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Banyan has secured the remaining 25% interest from Victoria Gold Corp. This completes their 100% earn-in agreement on the McQuesten and Aurex properties, key parts of AurMac.
With this closure, Banyan plans to integrate 2025's drill outcomes into a 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The 2025 drill initiative will be extended to over 40,000 meters. AurMac holds 2.274 million ounces of Indicated gold resources and 5.453 million ounces of Inferred gold resources.
The company is set to participate in several upcoming investment conferences. Future developments in the AurMac Project are eagerly anticipated by shareholders and stakeholders alike.
