Banyan Gold Announces Voting Results from Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Banyan Gold Corp. (TSXV:BYN)(OTCQB:BYAGF) disclosed the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 6, 2024. Shareholders representing 46.02% of all outstanding shares participated, voting predominantly in favor of all director nominees and other resolutions.

The elected directors received overwhelming support: Marc Blythe (99.87%), Hayley Halsall-Whitney (99.91%), Tara Christie (99.90%), David Reid (99.91%), and Steve Burleton (99.91%). John J. Geib was reappointed as the company's auditor with nearly unanimous approval (99.99%). The Stock Option Plan was also approved by 99.46% of votes.
