Bank of America Corporation recently crossed important thresholds in the capital of UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT. Through entities it controls, the company now holds 441,955 UBISOFT shares, representing 0.34% of the capital and 0.31% of the voting rights. This change is the result of the sale of shares on the market, involving the application of the trading exemption. Merrill Lynch International, an affiliate of Bank of America, also crossed the same thresholds on an individual basis.
