Baloise Art Prize 2025: Promoting Emerging Art at Art Basel

On 7 May 2025, Baloise Holding AG announced its continued support for emerging artists through the Baloise Art Prize. Each year, this prize is awarded to two young talents, each receiving CHF 30,000. Furthermore, Baloise acquires their artworks, donating them to prominent museums such as the MMK in Frankfurt and the MUDAM in Luxembourg.

This year, the list of nominated artists for the prize includes Mary Helena Clark, Edith Deyerling, and Abbas Zahedi, among others. The winners will be announced on 17 June 2025. The jury comprises international experts, including Karola Kraus and Susanne Pfeffer.

The event will take place at Art Basel from 19 to 22 June 2025, showcasing the prize winners' works in Baloise Studio, Hall 2.2. This commitment has significantly bolstered Baloise's reputation in the art community.
