Capital increase for Baloise Real Estate Switzerland
Baloise Asset Management AG has announced a capital increase of up to CHF 80 million for the investment group Real Estate Switzerland (BAPRECH) in the first quarter of 2025. This measure targets Swiss pension institutions interested in the potential of Swiss residential properties.
Fabian Hauswirth, Portfolio Manager, highlights Baloise's expertise in real estate management in Switzerland. The funds raised will be used to acquire high-yield residential properties, thus contributing to greater geographical diversification in sought-after residential areas.
Baloise Asset Management, with CHF 9 billion under management, is one of the country's leading real estate players. BAPRECH, launched in March 2024, had already successfully raised CHF 20 million in capital in November 2024.
