Baloise Swiss Property Fund showing strong growth for 2024/2025
Baloise Asset Management AG announced strong performance for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund (BSPF) during the 2024/2025 financial year. The fund achieved a return of 23.5%, outperforming the SXI Real Estate Funds Broad Total Return Index at 12.7%. The fifth capital increase of CHF 153.7 million enabled the acquisition of eleven properties valued at CHF 209.56 million. Theoretical rental income rose by 14% to CHF 49.59 million. The fund remains focused on sustainability, incorporating a comprehensive sustainability report for the first time. The recent merger between Baloise and Helvetia will not result in any immediate changes for fund investors.
