Baloise Swiss Property Fund announces capital increase
Baloise Asset Management AG plans a capital increase of CHF 150 million for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund in September 2025. This initiative aims to finance the acquisition of twelve properties with a market value of CHF 240 million, spread across eleven cantons. These assets, currently held by Baloise Life Ltd, would increase the fund's liquidity and diversification. FINMA approval is still pending.
Details of the offering will be announced in June 2025, including the net asset value and the offering fee. The increase may be delayed depending on market conditions. The fund, launched in 2018, aims for regional and sector diversification with a predominance of residential properties.
