Bains de Mer Monaco: Call for the General Meeting
Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) is calling its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting. This meeting will be held at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in Monaco, on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. The Meeting will deliberate on eleven important items, including the reports of the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditors, and the approval of the statutory and consolidated accounts for the 2023/2024 financial year.
A net result of 71.76 million euros is recorded for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. The Meeting will vote on the allocation of this result, including a dividend of 1.50 euros per share, payable from October 10, 2024.
The mandate of Mr. Christophe Navarre will be renewed. Mr. Stéphane Garino will be appointed Statutory Auditor in charge of sustainability certification. An authorization to buy back shares of the Company will also be submitted to the vote.
