Baikowski Reports 2.9% Revenue Increase in First Half of 2025
Baikowski, a prominent producer of specialty industrial minerals, announced a 2.9% increase in revenue for the first half of 2025, reaching €26.7 million. The company attributed this growth primarily to strong demand in its core market segments.
In the electronics sector, sales for chemical mechanical polishing held steady, while alumina sales for technical ceramics saw robust growth. The automotive market remained stable, despite a slowdown in new-generation battery development. The medical market benefited from continued momentum in dental applications.
Baikowski's diversification into new applications, supported by its research efforts, continues. A decarbonization project for alumina production is progressing as planned, set to enter industrial qualification by 2026.
Geographically, Asia and the rest of the world contributed 53% to revenue, with the Americas and Europe also showing notable contributions.
