Leadership Transition at Baader Bank Supervisory Board

Baader Bank announced a significant change in its Supervisory Board leadership. Helmut Schreyer, after two decades of service, has stepped down from his role as Chairman at his request. He will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board. In an extraordinary meeting, Dr. Louis Hagen was elected as his successor and assumes the role with immediate effect.

Dr. Hagen brings extensive expertise to the position, having served on the Board of Management of Münchener Hypothekenbank eG. His election follows his joining of Baader Bank's Supervisory Board in July 2023. Dr. Hagen expressed eagerness to support the bank's growth with commitment and responsibility.
