Azarga Metals Regains Trading Rights for Management
Azarga Metals Corp. has announced that the British Columbia Securities Commission has revoked the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued on January 29, 2025. This order had previously restricted the Corporation's Officers, Board, and Insiders from trading in its securities. However, it did not affect the general public's ability to trade.
The MCTO was lifted on February 28, 2025, following the Company's submission of its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. This included management's discussion and analysis and the necessary CEO and CFO certificates.
The Company confirms that its Officers, Board, and Insiders can resume trading activities in Azarga Metals' securities.
