Axway Announces Total Voting Rights and Share Capital as of April 30, 2024
Paris, May 20, 2024 - Axway Software has announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2024. This information is provided in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II and R.225-73 I of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (RGAMF).
The total number of shares stands at 21,633,597. The total number of theoretical voting rights, which includes suspended voting rights, is 36,764,853. The number of exercisable voting rights is 36,180,849.
These figures are used to declare threshold crossings by shareholders, as per Article 223-11 of the RGAMF.
