Axcap Ventures Inc. Announces Results of AGM

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 12, 2024 / AXCAP VENTURES INC. (CSE:AXCP) held its annual general meeting of shareholders on August 9, 2024. All directors nominated in the Information Circular dated July 15, 2024, were elected. Detailed results are as follows:

Desmond Balakrishnan received 629,069 votes (99.75% for, 0 against). Kenneth Cotiamco garnered 630,449 votes (99.97% for, 0 against). Robert Dubeau obtained 629,109 votes (99.75% for, 0 against), and Mario Vetro received 630,489 votes (99.97% for, 0 against).

Shareholders also approved the appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as the auditor for the upcoming year and authorized the directors to set their remuneration. Additionally, an ordinary resolution was passed approving the issuance of up to 70,000,000 common shares and 70,000,000 common share purchase warrants as part of a private placement offering.

Regarding the board composition, Tyron Breytenbach will begin serving as a director, effective August 9, 2024, despite his appointment not being included as a resolution at the Meeting.
