Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 17, 2024 / AXCAP VENTURES INC. (CSE:AXCP) announced the completion of its non-brokered private placement. The company issued 2,000,000 common shares at $0.075 per share, raising gross proceeds of $150,000.

The placement was carried out under the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106.
