Axcap Ventures Inc. Amends Investment Policy and Appoints a New Director

This strategic shift aims to enhance the company’s involvement in the natural resource market, a key sector in junior markets. Axcap Ventures plans to invest directly in resource companies and projects and intends to play an active role in their development.

Additionally, the company has appointed Tyron Breytenbach as a director. Breytenbach, an experienced equity analyst, previously worked at Cormark Securities and Stifel Canada and served as a Senior Partner and Managing Director in investment banking. He has extensive experience as a geologist, focusing on gold deposits, and holds a BSc (Honours) Degree from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa.
