AXA publishes its number of shares and voting rights as of February 29, 2024

AXA, an insurance giant based in Paris, announced in a press release the total number of shares making up the share capital as well as the total number of voting rights as of February 29, 2024. The company, registered on RCS de Paris under number 572 093 920, operates on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, Compartment A.

According to the document, AXA's share capital is made up of 2,270,352,928 shares, to which correspond 2,730,212,434 voting rights. The counting of voting rights takes into account all shares with voting rights, including those not benefiting from this right, in accordance with article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

AXA also recalls in its press release the obligations to declare threshold crossings, in accordance with its statutes and legal provisions. Any crossing of the threshold, whether upward or downward, must be declared to the company within five days.
