Avolta Secures 5-Year F&B Contract at Stavanger Airport
Leading global travel experience provider Avolta AG has celebrated the official opening of its two new food and beverage outlets at Stavanger Airport. The new stores, Sirkus Renaa and Crafts - Rogaland Gastropub, mark the beginning of a five-year contract that solidifies Avolta’s position as the exclusive F&B operator in the Domestic Departures Terminal.
Avolta continues its collaboration with Norwegian Michelin-starred chef Sven Erik Renaa. Renaa introduces the casual dining concept, Sirkus Renaa, featuring local ingredients in freshly baked pastries, wood-fired pizzas, and handcrafted sandwiches, with an express area for travelers in a hurry.
Crafts – Rogaland Gastropub offers local and international beers alongside classic gastropub favorites, incorporating sustainable alternatives. Avolta’s partnership with Klimato provides carbon footprint calculations for menu items, aligning with the company’s sustainability goals.
Walter Seib, CEO of Avolta for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, expressed his delight in strengthening the partnership with Stavanger Airport and enhancing the traveler experience. Elisabeth Strømstad, Commercial Director at Stavanger Airport, praised the focus on locally sourced food.
