Avenir Telecom's 2024-2025 Results: Challenges and a Promising Future

Avenir Telecom has published its annual results for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, marked by a decline in revenue to €11.0 million, compared to €14.1 million the previous year. Competitive pressure from Chinese manufacturers and the withdrawal of WhatsApp for KaiOS weighed heavily on the business.

Despite these challenges, the group achieved an operating profit before central costs of €0.9 million, slightly higher than the previous year. Avenir Telecom also maintained available cash of €13.3 million for the start of 2025, ensuring its financial needs for the next 12 months.

Growth prospects remain encouraging thanks to the good reception of new products in the IT and tool markets, particularly in collaboration with Amazon in Europe.
